It's finally finished! Hopefully you all know what pointillism is... Many, many tiny dots that form a picture. I cannot even begin to describe the frustration of doing this, dot by dot. I used a black, ultra fine point Sharpie marker, just to give you an idea of how big the dots are. It took over twenty hours to do. I'm not good at keeping time.

Anyway, the picture was too big to scan all at once, so I attempted to put two scans together. You can see where I combined them. There's a line on the arm that's really noticeable. Try and excuse that.

Aug 2009 update: I still have the original and I am willing to sell this. I have no idea what to price it, but I will take offers and decide from there. The picture is ready to frame with black window-cut matboard and measures 15x15 inches total. Send me a message if interested.
